Cozy in the rocket / La Cucina.

Hi blog! <3333333
We made a visit to Cozy In the Rocket / La Cucina located at Beach Street, just opposite Chinahouse but not direct opposite, in fact it is just right behind the famous Children On a Bicycle street art. It was not exactly like a 'I wanna try out this cafe!' mood but just that we were tired of cycling and we wanna settled down at somewhere with aircon lol. In fact, my sisters were already there, so just met them up.

When me and my bf walked in the cafe, they didn't provide anything for us so we waited there. When the tauke so came, she told us that each of a person must order at least 1 item. (with no smiley face :/) So we just order lor, waited quite longgggg and when the food came, the portion is just goddamned small. -.- and it costs RM23 for my spaghetti carbonara with pork bacon. I think my bf's worst, his order was RM28 and the food was too salthy(bacons with organic rice that they claimed that it is the bestseller) and yet small portion LOL.
I guess it is a one-off cafe, never gonna visit it again. But I took an amount of photos so I have to blog about it lol.

How do you like my short hair? :)

Left to right :  Bacon Risotto RM28, Spaghetti carbonara with pork bacon RM23, Tiramisu cake RM18.

Sisters. <3

Chinahouse after for a dessert break. Tiramusu with overlays drawn by yours truly haha.

We drew this. It was exactly the scene when we were bicycling, the 2 girls are my sister and Lynn they were walking while me and my bf happily cycling. Hahhaha

XX. Next post will be a fun one!

Goh Kaki.

Hi blog! 2 blog posts again, cus my blogging mood kicks in.
Actually it was the same day but I just feel like blogging in a separate post. Visited Goh Kaki * 五角基 somewhere in Penang. It means hallway in hokkien and this phrase also been used in the olden days. Love the history behind Goh Kaki, it was once a place for the kids to play games therefore they have most of the childhood games in the cafe. The thing I love the most is there's a decoration on each table and guess what, it's a fighting fish 打架鱼, it was so 90s as I remember there was a people buying fighting fish and bet around, and I was sitting on a 'bangku' all the time. Good ol' vintage cafe, love it. :)

Menu * 打架鱼

Spent the afternoon at this vintage cute cafe, taking photos, reading magazines and interesting history. Love afternoon like this! <33

On our way back, found a waterfall!!! I was so stocked therefore need to take some pics #girlsbeinggirls and things that u can't see in the picture is the sound of waterfalls, so refreshing! It's been awhile for me to be so near to the nature, I... just... don't wanna go back to reality. :(

Big Ben breakfast.

Hi blog!
So it was Sunday, the only day I could spend time with my parents, <3. We headed to the island and I suggested going for a good english breakfast and immediately thought of Big Ben breakfast cause I vividly remember seeing my friend posted it on insta. Thanks to location tag, I got to find the place and it actually is a foodcourt sorta place and it was crowded with people on a Sunday morning. We ordered the Big Ben breakfast obviously and Set A, and guess what? WE WAITED FOR AN HOUR. -.- I didn't expect it to be so long.

Big Ben breakfast * Set A.

It looks kinda meh but honestly it really taste really healthy as lesser oil has used to cook the breakfast, some random aunty told us.

It was overall okay, I wouldn't wanna go for the second time cus the waiting part was too ridiculously long.

Hello my new Converse sneakers!
First pair ever cus I'm always a ballerina flats person. Now that I've 2 pairs of good footwear, I shouldn't complain about the pain. Hehe. Comfyness >>>>

Father's Day!

Hi blog!
Father's day was last Sunday, me and my family finally can have Sunday Famday and celebrated Father's Day @ Flamingo Hotel for their buffet lunch. It was all crowded on that day. Buffet was rather normal, so no food photos. After that, we chilled a lot at the beach. :)

Welcome to my crib! :b

Happy Father's Day!
